Simple SMSs
A participant with an ordinary mobile phone can communicate within the Emergency Service Network using SMS messaging, wherever this is possible.
Emails and Smart Forms
When a participant is familiar with Emails, the EMN allows that person to communicate within the network using their Email account.
Internet Mobile Phone Application
Where a person has a smart phone (regardless of the type), a mobile version of EMN allows that person to communicate within the network as though they were operating the EMN application on their PC or laptop.
